DALL·E 3 has now been released (and it’s the best image generator 🖼️)

Right, so DALL·E 3 has been on everyone’s mind this last week, and it’s no wonder why.

• Text insertion: You can insert text into your designs.
  
  

• Improved understanding: DALL·E 3 understands better details than previous systems. So users can convert their ideas into more accurate images.

• ChatGPT Integration: Since DALL·E 3 is natively built on ChatGPT, you can use ChatGPT to refine your prompts.

• Image refinement: You can ask ChatGPT to make slight adjustments to images if they’re not how you want them.

• Provenance classifier: OpenAI is researching how to help people identify when AI-created images were made.

• Safety measure: OpenAI have restricted DALL·E 3’s ability to create violent or hateful images.

• Deep fake prevention: You can’t ask DALL·E 3 for a public figure by name.

• Copyright protection: You can’t request DALL·E 3 to create images in the style of living artists.

First of all, what is DALL·E 3?

For those of you that do not know, the DALL·E model is an image generator developed by OpenAI (same company that owns ChatGPT).

The previous models DALL·E 1 & 2 have not received so much attention, simply because they suck compared to Midjourney which is the leading AI image generator.

But why should you care about DALL·E 3?

You might think that it’s just another sloppy image generator, but that’s where you’re wrong.

DALL·E 3 has literally revolutionized using AI image generators for businesses & freelancers.

1. Open the Microsoft Bing browser online & press “Images”

2. Press the “Create” button

3. You should now have page that looks like this 👇

4. Try creating an image that requires text like I did below:

If the text turns out readable, and not just some random characters, it means that you’ve got access to DALL·E 3.

What to do if it turns out you don’t get an image with somewhat correct text?

• Access to DALL·E 3 seems to based on your browser’s cookies & cache. Try clearing your cookies & cache.

• More obscure and less popular browsers seem to work better. Try browsers like Firefox or Brave.
