Did Gemini just beat ChatGPT? 🤖 

Google’s Bard (Gemini Pro), has surpassed OpenAI’s GPT-4 and secured the second position on the HuggingFace Chat Bot Arena Leaderboard 🏅 

(However, kindly note that Gemini Pro is only Google’s second-best model, and there are strong indications that Google’s upcoming model, Gemini Ultra, might be even more advanced)

If OpenAI fails to introduce a new model soon, it risks losing its lead. Also, speculations are being made that Meta’s Llama 3 is on the horizon and has the potential to surpass GPT-4 🤖 

The AI that makes you lucid dream 😴

• Developers gain more control over API keys, with the text moderation API also getting improvements to catch harmful content better ✅ 

OpenAI quietly releases a new ChatGPT feature 🤫 

OpenAI has recently launched a new feature called GPT mentions for ChatGPT. This feature allows users to integrate various custom GPTs into their ongoing ChatGPT conversations by using the @-mention functionality ✅ 

This feature is similar to the one found in popular communication platforms like Slack and Discord 👾

1. Explicity

   Clearly tell the model what you want using specific guidelines 🎯 

   Example: Instead of saying "Explain AI," say "Summarize AI's impact on society in two sentences."

2. Stylization:

   Request information in a specific style or format 📃 

   Example: Instead of "Tell me about climate change," say "Explain climate change as if you're a weather reporter."

3. Formatting:

   Specify the format you want the response in 📄 

   Example: Instead of "List the benefits of exercise," say "Present the benefits of exercise using bullet points."

4. Restrictions:

   Set limitations on the response or ask to include information from external databases/sources when possible 🌐 

   Example: Instead of "Discuss AI advancements," say "Discuss AI advancements using only sources from the last year."

5. Zero-Shot Prompting:

   Instruct the model to answer without prior examples ❌ 

   Example: Instead of "Explain sentiment analysis," say "Perform sentiment analysis on the given text without prior examples."

6. Role Prompting:

   Assign a role to the model for context-aware responses 👷‍♂️ 

   Example: Instead of "Explain blockchain," say "As a blockchain expert, provide a detailed explanation on …"

7. Chain-of-Thought:

   Encourage step-by-step thinking for complex reasoning :step

   Example: Instead of "Compare two historical events," say "Compare two historical events, considering causes and consequences step by step."
