Get things done faster with Taskade 🧠

Taskade is the ultimate structured list that’ll keep track of your tasks, write notes for you, and work with your team. 

Stop missing your deadlines or forgetting your essential tasks 🗓️

You don’t really have to create the tasks yourself as Taskade will get that sorted out (using AI of course)

Let’s take a look at how to plan your routine more efficiently with Taskade by dividing tasks and heavy projects into actionable to-do lists.

When in your Taskade board, click “Create with AI”.

That should initiate the pop-up below on your page where you can choose how you want Taskade’s AI to help you.

To keep It simple, I chose “Task list for” and continued the prompt with “my digital marketing agency”.

So now I have a full phrase on the generator that says “Task list for my digital marketing agency.”

BOOM! In a few seconds, Taskade created daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that should work for any digital marketing agency with little to no customization.

If there’s something that doesn’t look right, you’re obviously free to change it

N.B: I chose the digital marketing agency as an example, but you can add pretty much anything you want to break into tasks, and you’ll get your AI-generated list in a few seconds.

ChatGPT making huge improvements 💯

Alright, if you haven’t been keeping up, ChatGPT has been making some huge changes during the last couple of days.

• GPT-4 Vision being rolled out 👁️

• DALL·E 3 accesible in ChatGPT 🎨

GPT-4 Vision, as the name suggests, can analyse any image and generate outputs based on the gathered information.

If you’re a ChatGPT Plus user, here’s how you access it:

Press “GPT-4” in the chat interface & enable the “Default” mode.

If you’re interested in DALL·E 3, just enable the “DALL·E 3” model instead shown in the image above 👆

Save a ton of time while generating Leads with Taplio (LinkedIn) ⏳

Taplio is known to be the best LinkedIn automation tool; people use it for different use cases such as:

• Generating more leads and prospects

• Writing better content

• Automating time-consuming tasks (my favourite)

(it will pretty much manage your LinkedIn profile)

My ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE feature is the AI carousel generator 🎯

Really useful for creating engaging posts really quick, saving a bunch of minutes otherwise spent on designing etc.

1. Click on the “Carousel Generator” in the “AI Generators” tab.

2. Add a YouTube video related to the topic you want to post on it.

For example, here I picked one of my own YouTube videos from howtoai and pasted the link. After that, click on “Generate Carousel”.

What’s going to happen is that Taplio will take the best parts of the YouTube video and turn it into content (see results below 👇)

3. Choose your favorite theme and customize the color (optional)

Last but not least, simply click “Create Post” and you are good to go!

You now have a carousel that takes people a great amount of time to design in less than 60s; crazy, right? 🤑
